Carrollton Federal Bank is currently looking to fill a full-time loan processor position.
Basic Function: The position of Loan Processor supports Loan Officers in fulfilling the clerical responsibilities associated with loan documentation preparation in accordance with pre-established policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support loan officers.
Process loans which will include data entry, booking, funding, formatting, and filing loan files.
Responsible for loan reports monthly, quarterly, and as required.
Monitor and maintain loan software updates.
Monitor delinquent loan customers.
Establish and maintain escrow accounts.
Additional duties as assigned.
Education, Training & Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent education required.
Associate’s degree and/or a minimum of two years of experience and/or training in loan operations, with emphasis in loan processing and/or documentation review, related banking diplomas or certifications.
